The apartment is on the top floor of three accessed by a lift. It is furnished to a high modern standard. The living area has TV, DVD player, a PS2 with games and free internet access along with dining area for 4. The kitchen and utility room are fully fitted with everything you should need including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and the other with two singe beds, each with a large fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have black out shutters on the windows guaranteeing a great nights sleep. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and the en-suite has a shower. Outside is a large south facing balcony accessed by patio doors off both the lounge and main bedroom. It has the sun all day and looks onto the 10th green and 11th tee and has amazing sunsets to admire whilst cooking on the barbecue and eating alfresco. There is a dining set on the balcony along with two sun-loungers. There are two outdoor communal swimming pools with grassed areas.
